At Grupo Mora, we are delighted to share some news that fills us with pride: Hierros Mora Antón and Grupo Mora have been recognised nationally as Award-Winning Companies at the 12th edition of the MAZ Healthy Workplace Awards.
This recognition highlights an approach we have been promoting on a daily basis: building a safer, more approachable and more mindful organisation, where prevention, wellbeing and people’s health are integral to our culture.
Because for us, looking after people isn’t just a one-off gesture. It’s the way we see our business.
This award recognises the collective efforts of everyone at Grupo Mora: every preventive measure, every improvement implemented, every responsible action and every gesture that helps to create safer, healthier and more humane working environments.
It also reinforces the purpose of initiatives such as ‘Look after your energy’, an area of focus that reflects our commitment to people’s overall well-being. We are talking about promoting healthy habits, ensuring adequate rest, reducing stress, providing emotional support, encouraging physical activity, helping to achieve a better work-life balance and, above all, listening to people and taking their needs into account.

The official award ceremony will take place on 3 June in Zaragoza, at an event organised by MAZ.
